This is our signature blend: the top one percent of low-grown Ceylon whole leaf, drawn from three estates and scented with organic cold-pressed Italian bergamot, bitter orange, and neroli.
Long, dark, wiry whole leaf — no dust, no shortcuts, no filler. The cup runs coppery-orange to deep red, aromatic and quietly luxurious.

Bright, true citrus from cold-pressed oil — the lift that makes an Earl Grey an Earl Grey.
The deeper, floral half: orange blossom and a whisper of marmalade beneath the bergamot.

How to brew it
A quick splash of hot water over the leaves, swirled and poured off. It wakes the leaf and washes away any dust.
One heaping teaspoon of whole leaf per cup, plus “one for the pot.”
Bring fresh water to a boil, then let it settle for thirty seconds — about 200°F / 95°C — so it never scalds the leaf.
Four to five minutes: the Persian dam, until the brew runs coppery-red and aromatic.
Pour it clear, Persian style, with a sugar cube on the tongue — or add just a splash of milk. Dates or a wedge of citrus alongside.

Yes — it’s a full black tea, so moderate caffeine, roughly half a cup of coffee. Steep it a touch lighter for the evening.
