Shipping

Every box is packed by hand and sent with care. Here is what to expect once you order.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, write to us at hello@thepersiantea.com and we will do our best to help.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times and cost
- Standard. $6 flat. Arrives in about 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Express. $14 flat. Arrives in about 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- Free standard shipping on every order of $75 or more.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary with carrier volume and your location. International orders may take longer.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping charge.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
