Acceptance

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and pricing

We work to describe our tea accurately, but we do not warrant that every detail is error free. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable tax.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Returns policy. Both are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The name The Persian Tea, our logos, text, images, and the design of this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, and our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
